The most delicious pizza in the area, perfect amount of toppings and cheese. Great pizza to go. Wide variety of items including vegan options. The staff are friendly, helpful, sociable and solve any issue with no questions. Delivery was really fast, so I got hot food. Completely recommend

The best pizzeria I’ve ever tried! I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and every single time, I’m beyond satisfied. The pizza is absolutely amazing – a crispy crust, generous toppings, flavorful sauce, and gooey cheese that perfectly ties everything together. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into making their food. I also have to highlight their delivery service – it’s top-notch! Orders are taken quickly, the delivery drivers are always friendly, and the pizza arrives hot, just like it came straight from the oven. No delays, great packaging, and everything is always in perfect condition. If you’re looking for a place to get truly delicious pizza, this is it! Highly recommend!

Pizza is made crispy and they have calzones and real Italian dishes Unlike some other options out there. Chicago deep dish is good too though it is a 4 out of 5 for a Chicago tradition. If you're used to places like Pizanoes in the city, that flavor can only be duplicated never topped, close enough from Sarpinos. Btw Their App is super easy to use and lets you track your order, customize it. It's 100 times better than Domino's apps etc.

This is a place that I used to order from all the time when it was easier and they delivered to my address. Now, I'm usually placing orders through DoorDash on the rare occasion I do get to place an order. That said, this has always been my go-to for calzones. A Sarpino's calzone is unlike any others out there. Sbarro is okay, and Taylor Street Elgin is okay, but, this Sarpino's calzones are hands down the best you can get. I usually don't review places I can only order from on DoorDash because it's sometimes hard to get consistancy when it's through the 3rd party apps; but, what I love about this location too, and the huge reason for finally posting the 5-star review, is that every time I need to call about minor changes in my order due to allergies; they are always respectful, and they help me out. Even the owner tonight was the person that took my small changes over the phone, and that just solidifies why everyone there has such a friendly attitude. When even the franchise owner is as respectful, kind, and caring for their customers; it really helps explain why other employees act the same. Every star is incredibly deserved for this location. This solidified that I will always return when I can.

Amazing experience and amazing pizza, customer service at its best

Overall my Mike’s Hot Honey pizza was delicious. Only thing is it says it had Feta Cheese and a blend of cheeses. I can’t taste the Feta which was my main reason to try this. However it says Feta is different with different cheeses and taste can get more mellow when melted. Possibly the combination of all the cheeses & hot honey overpowered it. I thought the pizza would taste like feta cheese you put on gyro. If it is there it is very light. Or just get a custom pizza & get feta cheese crumbles. Pizza was crisp, I tasted the other cheeses, the hot honey & pepperoni were perfect. Perhaps too many toppings blocked the Feta taste I was looking for.

Sarpino's has great pizza, flavorful sauce, the dough is made daily, never frozen. I can see them make it in store. Crusts choices of pan, thin, deep dish and gluten free. Depending on my mood, I prefer thin or deep dish. Quality cheese, never frozen. Vegetables, never frozen. Drivers are fast and polite. Clearly, drivers are not driving company vehicles. They are driving their own vehicles. They probably pay for their own gas and maintenance. Some drivers drive rusty vehicles. I love tipping for delivery service. I love not having to get in my car to pickup food. No one is obligated to tip, but have you tried ordering food delivery from a third party app? Third party apps charge delivery fees and service fees. Sarpino's doesn't charge delivery fees or service fees. I am baffled as to why Sarpino's advertises "free delivery". I think it is a problem with language comprehension. More correctly, Sarpino's should advertise "no delivery fee". Surely, Sarpino's is not implying for people to spend more money on food and squeeze the driver. Below are two pictures. The first pizza is a New York Deli pie cut. The second pizza is a Canadian Classic square cut. The second pizza had Alfredo sauce substituted for pizza sauce as the base sauce. The ingredients don't have to be perfectly spaced out, they just have to taste good!
